Late/No Show Policy

We give all clients a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes there is a $20 late fee added to your service. After 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

A no call no show is automatic revocation of your welcome to the salon. If you paid a deposit, we will also keep your deposit and it is non transferable. You will not be able to book with any stylist in the salon.

If WE are late, we will make it right, and how we do that is up to the discretion of the individual stylist. But we will accommodate and compensate you for your time.

New Clients

Deposits are required for 1st time clients, and clients who have a history of cancellations. All deposits go towards your final cost of service. Deposits must be paid prior to service or service may be denied.

Depsits are non refundable, and non transferrable.

Color/Allergy Policy

Due to the sensitive and scientific nature of color we do NOT ever guarantee exact color results. There are many factors that can ultimately effect the outcome of color that even a color patch test may not catch.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions you may have to a color service. Please make us aware of any allergies or sensitivities you may have prior to chemical services so we can try to avoid a possible issue.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want to earn your business- therefore we want to be able to correct any errors or bring you to a satisfactory level before leaving our chair. If we cannot satisfy you to the best of our abilities, we will make up for it by discounting services, or some other way to make it right.

However, it is important that we actually know if you aren't satisfied during time of service. We cannot guarantee that we will correct or discount service after you have left the building.
