How long is shipping?
Typically in stock items are shipped the next business day. Loc extensions are the only items that take up to 3 weeks for creation and delivery.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! If you are local to our Raleigh location, you are more than welcome to pick up your online order during our business hours. Just choose pick up when you check out
Do I need a consultation before service?
Most likely no. But if you are getting a specialty service (loc reattachment, loc extensions, color etc) a consultation is required.
Can I bring guests with me to the salon?
We understand that sometimes you have to bring your kids with you, and that's ok. As far as other guests, if it isn't absolutely necessary we ask that you forego bringing extra guests that aren't being serviced.
